The TFM Director will ensure the smooth delivery and development of contracted services to one of our Key Clients, comprising of a corporate office and retail estate across I Ireland. located across the island of Ireland and regional hubs in the UK. Reporting to the Managing Director of Workplace Solutions, you ensure that contractual KPI’s, compliance and other legislative requirements are met whilst ensuring building and services maintenance, Food, facilities, security, and cleaning services are delivered to the standards and service levels demanded across our client’s portfolio. This is role that requires a good knowledge of technical services in a modern office building, staff management and sound financial judgement with excellent customer relationship management skills. Budget control and monthly reporting are key deliverables for this role working as a key member of a dynamic team providing excellence in TFM they need to be recognised as a facilities ambassador bringing their knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm to the table. Job Responsibilities • Oversee Total Facilities Management Services for their Client’s portfolio, including services such as Maintenance, Food, Cleaning, Security and Soft Services. • Facilitate the development of robust service delivery processes and procedure. • Develop, implement, and monitor customer satisfaction programme. • Full control and accountability for all Service delivery activity within your client portfolio • Focus on facing into the key client contacts and ensuring operations team deliver the services. • Implement a Continuous Improvement Programme and identify issues to drive forward contract development, continually improving the perception of the Company by its customer base and driving innovation and best value. • To focus on the future direction of contract to deliver contract growth aspirations and retention. • To ensure effective financial management is in place to achieve revenue, profit, and cash targets. • Develop and maintain effective communication and good working relationships with all stakeholder parties and resolution of all issues arising where the risks reside with Aramark. • Always maintain an absolute focus on Health and Safety ensuring a safe working environment by compliance with Health and Safety Legislation, Client and Aramark internal H&S and compliance procedures. • Monitor subcontracted services ensuring they meet contractual and statutory requirements. • Support Sustainability objectives within budget constraints. • Adherence to company policies and procedures. • Mentoring and strategic development of direct reports along with strategic planning for commercial growth Key Requirements: • A minimum of 5 years’ experience delivery similar services at this level. • Substantial quantifiable and demonstrable experience in a similar role preferably with previous experience in the corporate environment and Total Facilities Management. • Recent successful experience of controlling multi-site total FM contracts of hard and soft services. • Demonstrable experience of budget management on a portfolio of large integrated services contracts • Extensive experience in Project Management and contract mobilisation, dealing with sub-contractors and supply chain within a complex multi-faceted operation. • Recent quantifiable and successful evidence of negotiations with clients which have resulted in satisfactory issue resolution, incident management, value add to the business, cost savings or new business wins. • Experience managing external contractors and delivering CAPEX projects.
