TechStop Scheduling Engineer Location – Dublin, Ireland Onsite working , Initial Remote can be considered Please note *** this position will require slight off shift hours: 7 am - 7 pm time frame, 8 hours daily with potential for overtime - covering for global support across multiple time zones (typical hours may be: 7am - 4 pm or 10 am -7 pm) Position Overview: The Engagement team is seeking driven, excited, and qualified candidates to expand and enhance our global operations schedule planning and execution. This position sits within Corporate Engineering team and is responsible for coordinating daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly for all global remote support IT sites. Successful candidates will have experience in project management, operations, logistics and analytical capabilities. Organization Overview: We navigate an ambiguous technical landscape with unique and often complex solutions while maintaining ownership and positioning ourselves as strong user advocates. Within the Engagement, remote support staffing is provided by the IT Residency Program participants who are given opportunities for support experience through channel staffing, program allocation of training and development commitments based on tenure. Top Responsibilities: Daily - Adjusting daily schedules to meet demand across all in person and remote support channels. - Plan and communicate last minute adjustments based on low/no availability for IT staffing. Weekly - Working with IT forecasting support analyst and Operations management to plan new scheduling adjustments based on site availability. - Balancing work assignment along operational demand and program commitment - Continuous evaluation and recommendation for further schedule optimization. Monthly - Planning coverage and balancing of schedule across locations where overlap occurs. - Issuing a rolling schedule across all global remote support locations, meeting projected, forecasted demand. - Coordinating major events coverage and shifting scheduling allocation based on site and global staffing changes. Quarterly - Working with Operations Management team to plan ahead major events such as offsites. - Prioritization and continued long term optimization of scheduling approach to continuously improve coverage capability with current and future staffing plans. - Working with Program Management team to plan ahead changes related to periodic changes in staffing based on cohort based hiring in remote support Additional Responsibilities: - Stakeholder meeting coordination, planning, and preservation of ongoing notes - Documenting and updating scheduling standard operating procedures and scheduling requirements and needs of the organization change.
