Business Development Work closely with the HR and Business Development teams to deliver on marketing activities in support of our business development strategy and cross functional goals and to identify new and existing marketing needsCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders ensuring marketing alignment to business growthDrive new revenue through the generation of leads from agreed marketing event activities with our strategic partnersBuild and cultivate new and existing client relationships to drive business development growthAttend and participate in HR & Employment law events for the Company and with identified key Strategic Partners to the business, to build and deliver upon our annual plans.Networking at industry events, exploring all industry sectors for new client sourcing and further building market share. Experience 7 years professional experience, ideally in marketing and business management, professional services/consultingExperience in the development and implementation of digital and traditional marketing strategies with quantifiable results driving commercial growthComfortable with defining plans to help ensure alignment with the business objectivesBuilt successful relationships with external parties; worked with business owners and executives to explore new opportunitiesConsistent track record of exceeding KPI'sPossesses great attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads according to business focus and opportunityExperience with SEO, PPC and Social Media MarketingAbility to work independently, manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiativesExperience of the marketing & communication process with a strong focus on quality.Experience with similar B2B MarketingExcellent content marketing skills, with previous experience in creating engaging content.A collaborative, proactive and positive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Excellent project management skills. Qualifications Degree in Marketing/ Business Management,Ideally a Master’s in Strategic Marketing and/ or Member of the Marketing Institute Ireland This is an unmissable opportunity!
