Join us as a Revenue Growth Analyst where you will drive sustainable and profitable growth from our consumer base through a range of strategies, all based around assortment, promotions, trade management and pricing . The experience and skills you will develop in this role are fundamental for your career progression in our EU sales organisation. Our hybrid way of working allows you to connect with colleagues in our EUHQ in Dublin at least 2 days a week and offers a great balance between in-person collaboration and remote flexibility. Are you ready to make it happen? A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing Support - As part of the ABC (Annual Business Cycle) you will support the delivery of a clear and succinct 3 year RGM, taking key insights from the wider multi-functional teams. You will support in the creation of industry leading pricing, promotion, product pack size and investment plans to grow the Kellanova business sustainably whilst driving category sales . Analyse - Analyse our categories, competitor strategy, and consumer buying patterns to project demand/profitability for potential products, key product features/requirements, commercialisation of the plan and delivery of our business objectives. Collaborate- Work with colleagues to drive for standard processes and templates across the categories to improve accuracy and decision-making while being the voice of the retailer and the market within the Category Business Unit. We’re Looking for Someone With Effective communication and influencing skills, a broad thinker and can quickly form strong cross functional relationships internally & externally . A positive mindset with a resilient attitude and a hunger to learn, develop and progress within the business . Working knowledge of excel.
