The Dublin based team is responsible for building out the re-imagined Onboarding application within Workday Talent suite of products, and through high levels of customer engagement have developed a strong user approach to deliver an exceptional product and user experience. We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team and contribute to the ongoing success and growth of our product and team. About the Role A quality enthusiast, get your team thinking about quality, engaged in the test planning, manual test execution and automation processMeeting key metrics of High-quality code and the ability to deliver landmarks all the way to productionWork directly with agile/ Kanban software development teams to incorporate test strategies throughout the development processManually complete tests for specific workflows when proper automation is difficult or impossible (e.g. testing for perceived responsiveness)Manual Ad Hoc and Exploratory testing -- break our stuff!Capable of working with multiple teams (development, product management & designers) to clarify requirements and ensure they are metDesign test cases based on high level requirements and high level designsAssist Product Support with customer support issuesShare knowledge and demonstrate the product areas to other teams About You Basic Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance working in automated and manual testing techniques/approaches. 3+ years experience in scripting/automation in Cypress is essential A track record as a champion of qualityExperience in an Agile environment Other Qualifications Experience with REST API, Web Service, Workday HCM, Workday Report Writer, Workday Business Process.Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks like React Testing Library, Mock Service Worker and StorybookAccessibility testing.Cross browser/device testing.
