We provide comprehensive tailored advice throughout the pre- and post-construction building life-cycle through close personal involvement with our clients. KSNPM are seeking a skilled Assistant Project Manager to help with the Supervision, Management, control and delivery of complex projects or several smaller projects the satisfaction of both the company and client. Key duties will include but not limited to the following:- Ensuring projects are delivered in compliance with the contract and governance arrangements.- Quality assurance and overall integrity of projects.- Managing the delivery of each project to the agreed level of quality, programme and budget.- Managing the communications with all stakeholders.- Managing risks to the project’s successful outcome.- Project Coordination.- Reporting progress of projects at regular intervals- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members- Oversee the delivery of this project on behalf of your client(s) and manage the progress of the design team and main contractor.- You will report on financial and construction milestones to Directors and be a key point of contact for your client and consultants and team.The candidates we are looking for should have: Demonstrable ability to work on own initiative and as part of a teamMust be competent and a self-assured individual that can work as part of a team but also on their own initiative. The individual must be a self-starter with a willingness to learn modern research techniques.A can-do attitude is essential with a degree of flexibility required for all responsibilities.Support a team environment with a positive, can-do attitudeConfidentiality and discretion are essential requirements of this roleMust be capable of taking direction, and possess excellent listening skills.Must be able to demonstrate an ability to immediately fulfil the requirements of the role.Must be able to demonstrate an ability to immediately fulfil the requirements of the role.Relevant Third Level Qualification – preferably in Engineering/Quantity Surveying/Architecture
