Product Manager – FATCA/CRS

Description:
Purpose of this Position We are seeking an experienced FATCA/CRS Product Manager to join our global regulatory and compliance software team in Dublin. As a key member of our product management team, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our software solutions to ensure compliance with international tax regulations, specifically the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and the Common Reporting Standard (CRS).Job Functions: Product Strategy and Roadmap: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our FATCA/CRS compliance software. Identify market trends, customer needs, and regulatory changes to inform product development.Product Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of features related to FATCA and CRS compliance. Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.Regulatory Expertise: Stay up-to-date with FATCA and CRS regulations, guidelines, and reporting requirements. Translate regulatory requirements into actionable product features and enhancements.Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and industry experts. Gather feedback, prioritize feature requests, and manage expectations.Product Documentation: Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and documentation. Ensure clear communication of product features and functionality to internal teams and clients.Training and Support: Provide training to internal teams, sales, and customer support on FATCA/CRS compliance features. Assist clients with product-related queries and troubleshooting.Compliance Testing and Reporting: Oversee testing of FATCA/CRS features to ensure accuracy and compliance. Prepare and submit required reports to relevant authorities. Key Requirements and Qualifications Strong understanding of FATCA and CRS regulations.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in regulatory compliance software.Strong understanding of FATCA and CRS regulations.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Familiarity with financial institutions, banking, or insurance sectors.Experience working with global teams and diverse cultures.Certification in FATCA or CRS compliance is a plus.Hold a valid EU work visa.
