Responsibilities Collaborate with prospective users to translate needs into product requirements Define the vision for the team's product Creating a product road map based on this vision and overseeing all stages of product creation from inception to anchoring change Managing the product backlog and prioritizing based on changing requirements Developing user stories and agreeing acceptance criteria Experience 10+ years of experience having worked on Channels transformation programs (preferably Mobile transformation programs) as a Product Manager / Product Owner. Strategic and forward thinker who understands industry best practices in the Channels area and has worked with banks and/or digital banks. Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and manage design / delivery expectations You will have an in-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology and excellent knowledge of product development architecture. You will need to have the ability to prioritize effectively, excellent knowledge of user-centred design principles and excellent oral and written communication.
