Purpose of this Position As a Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind our BPM solution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and customer success, to create a world-class product. Your technical background and experience with workflow solutions will be crucial in understanding user needs and translating them into actionable features.Job Functions: Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision for our BPM software. Develop a strategic roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.Workflow Design and Innovation: Collaborate with UX designers and engineers to create intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing workflow designs. Champion innovation by exploring novel approaches to process automation and optimization.Technical Expertise: Leverage your technical background to understand the intricacies of BPM systems. Work closely with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with architectural guidelines.User-Centric Approach: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyse data to inform product decisions. Advocate for a delightful user experience, ensuring that our BPM solution simplifies complex tasks.No-Code Interface: Drive the development of a graphical, no-code interface for workflow customization.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to gather insights and align product features with market demands.Product Delivery: Prioritize features, create detailed specifications, and work closely with development teams to deliver high-quality releases. Monitor product performance, iterate, and continuously improve based on user feedback. Key Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in BPM or workflow software.Proven track record of successfully launching and enhancing software products.Familiarity with BPM concepts, process modelling, and workflow automation.Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.Hold a valid EU work visa.
