Role and Responsibilities Reporting to the CTO, the Product Engineering Manager is responsible for the direction and management of all aspects of product roadmap development, planning and release cycles. He/she will also manage our strategic product development partners, ensuring they meet agreed milestones. Duties include but are not limited to: Manage and coordinate all product development programs, roadmaps and release cycles.Evaluate and resolve technical feasibility, design optimization, and production issues.Working with Managed Services Providers to ensure all incidents are resolved within SLA.Ensures labelling and marketing/promotional literature match product specifications.Research and monitor existing client base and industry developments to identify potential new product opportunities.Work with other departments to establish a design, technology, product development, and vendor strategy.Manage project budgets and prepares financial reports for executive management.Foster a culture of openness, innovation, and can do attitude. Qualifications Holds a relevant third level qualification and at least 7 years’ experience in software technology development and product delivery.Evidence of outstanding project management and scheduling skills.Familiar with product development roadmap management techniquesStrong analytical, partner relationship management and customer engagement skillsExcellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skillsAction orientated, problem solver and superior personal initiative, capable of managing him/herself and lead their others in a fast paced environment
