Skyworks Solutions is seeking an Office Administrator for its Diversified Analog Solutions business unit at its location in Cork, Ireland. This candidate will join a diverse team of RFIC, Analog IC and Module assisting in the concept, design, integration, and delivery of complex multichip, multi-technology RFIC-based wireless module solutions for 5G, IOT and WiFi applications. Detailed Description Job responsibilities include: Ordering engineering and office supplies Managing Shipments Placing Purchase Orders Setting Up Vendors Co-ordinate with IT department with any on-site IT or AV issues. Organizing Travel Plan off-site activities and social events Recruitment Support Tasks Organizing interviews. Promoting Skyworks Cork at Universities. Technical Support Tasks Supporting Engineers with data gathering and preparation. Requirements and skills Someone from a technical background highly preferred Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills. A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements. Motivated and outgoing and willing to take initiative. This role will be on site at our office in Mahon Point.
