We are seeking a talented M3 ERP Developer to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our clients.Job Description:Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for M3 ERP system enhancements and customizations.Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions within the M3 ERP environment, utilizing Infor M3 technologies and tools.Customize M3 ERP modules and functionalities to meet specific business needs, ensuring optimal system performance and usability.Implement integrations between M3 ERP and other systems, such as CRM, BI, and third-party applications, using appropriate APIs and middleware.Provide ongoing support and maintenance for M3 ERP applications, troubleshooting issues, and implementing fixes as needed.Stay updated on the latest developments in M3 ERP technology and recommend best practices for system optimization and enhancement.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as an M3 ERP Developer or similar role, with a strong understanding of M3 ERP architecture and modules.Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or C#, with experience in developing customizations and extensions for M3 ERP.Hands-on experience with Infor M3 tools and technologies, including M3 Business Engine, M3 Enterprise Collaborator (MEC), M3 API, and M3 Integration Framework.Familiarity with database management systems, particularly SQL Server and Oracle, for data manipulation and reporting.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:Certification in Infor M3 development or related technologies.Experience with agile software development methodologies.Knowledge of industry-specific processes and requirements, such as manufacturing, distribution, or retail.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Friendly and collaborative work environment.Flexible work arrangements, including remote options.If you are passionate about ERP development and eager to make an impact in a dynamic and growing organization, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!
