Duties and Responsibilities Responsibility for the planning of Full Pallet Orders. Despatching Stock based on FIFO rotation ( First in First Out ) Responsible for Day Shift loose case picks for Chill and Frozen. Responsible for maintaining Goods out schedule. Responsible for collating files for Customs. Liaising with Supply Chain and Customs departments. Compiling daily and weekly reports for management. Communicating regularly with Day Shift Manager and Goods Out Checkers. Allocate Trucks to Loading Bays and provide Order information to onsite Truck Shunter Generation of delivery documents and providing Dockets and Seals to hauliers. Essential: PC skill requirement :- Microsoft Excel – Microsoft Word– Microsoft Outlook Self starter with the ability to work on own initiative . Ability to work in Fast Paced and Busy environment. Excellent Customer Focus. Working to Deadlines.
