*Community based role* *Driving licence and access to a car essential as this role requires travel in Leinster* As a Care Support Supervisor , you will be responsible for your own dedicated geographic region covering Wexford and surrounding areas . The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our client’s care; this will include service reviews, updating care plans, carrying out risk assessments, and ensuring we are delivering the highest quality person centered care.The Candidate will also play a pivotal role in supporting our carer teams through supervision and support, competency reviews and staff engagement and support. What we can offer you Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm (37.5 hpw) Competitive Salary - Up to €30k DOE Work/Life Balance Permanent contract Fuel Card Mobile Phone Career progression opportunities Annual Leave Increment with Long term service Employee Assistance Programme which offers an advice and counselling service available for employees and their immediate families *Core working hours for the role are Monday to Friday, 08.30 - 17.00. To be successful in this role it may be necessary to work some evenings and weekends and to facilitate reviews and supervision visits. The ideal candidate will Be QQI level 5 (major award) qualified in a Healthcare related field and Level 6 certified Must have a full clean driving licence and own car.
