Adare Manor undertook an exciting refurbishment of our award-winning golf course. World-renowned golf course architect Tom Fazio and his team at Adare Manor created the latest addition to their portfolio of incredible golf courses. Refurbishment work began at Adare Manor in March 2016 and was completed in 2017. This included the complete rebuilding of all greens, tees, fairways and bunkers. The entire golf corridor has been reshaped and sand-capped. A new irrigation system has been put in place. 75,000 metres of main line drainage has been installed. It is one of a handful golf courses worldwide that feature cutting-edge SubAir technology beneath every putting surface. The golf course at Adare Manor is one of the best designed and finest maintained golf courses in Europe. The Golf Course at Adare Manor are recruiting Full Time Greenkeepers. As Adare Manor enters its next phase of development ahead of hosting The Centenary Ryder Cup in 2027, The Golf Course at Adare Manor is searching for Full Time Greenkeepers to join our existing team Working from best in class Maintenance and Welfare Facility with state-of-the-art Machinery. We are looking for motivated, positive and enthusiastic individuals who want to further their careers and reach their potential. The candidate (s) must love working in the outdoors, enjoy being part of a team and take pride in their work. Qualifications: A motivated individual and ideally with a Turfgrass Qualification and / or experience in a similar role. Duties: The successful applicant (s), dependant on experience will be exposed to all facets of Golf Course Maintenance and includes but not limited to: Bunker Maintenance Topdressing Drainage and Irrigation Aeration of all fine turf surfaces Fertilisation and Chemical calibration & applications Mowing of all fine turf areas Mulch bed maintenance Water course Maintenance Course Set Up Woodland Maintenance We offer exceptional working environment, development opportunities that are beyond everything, state of the art equipment as well as very competitive rates of pay & benefits. #Jobspro
