An exciting new role has come available for a fluent French speaker to join an international Logistics support team for a very well known sport footwear brand. This is a work from home role and can be anywhere done anywhere in Ireland as long as you have good broadband connection and a quiet space to work in your home. As a logistics administrator you will be responsible for a group of wholesale accounts. You will liaise with your clients around any issues they need support with regarding wholesale orders such as amending an order, changing a delivery date, etc. You take ownership in this role so you will need to be very focused on managing your client relationships and finding solutions their queries. This role will also require you to log detailed and accurate case notes for each of your clients so attention to detail and strong administrative skills are a must. The successful candidate has: Fluent French Good command of English Ability to work from home in Ireland - good broadband connection Previous experience or study in supply chain, order management or any logistics experience Flexible approach and ability to multi-task Rotational shift between Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm. PC will be provided to the successful candidate. Basic annual gross salary is €25,000. Extra bonus potential of 1,600EUR per annum (paid quarterly 400EUR). Selection process can be done completely remotely.
