We are currently looking for a European Cash Flow Manager who will be responsible for delivering European Cash Flow and submitting the European Balance Sheet to US. This role involves educating and enhancing visibility across our European organization regarding various decisions related to cash management. Additionally, it requires someone who is curious, enjoys stakeholder management outside of finance, and is passionate about process improvements. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing Cash Flow Budgets – Build European cash flow budget with clearly identified levers, cascade targets and drive connection across the organization to deliver target. Actionable Insight – Manage a live view of both opportunities and risks by connecting P&L and balance sheet movements to cash flow impact and pressure test roll-up. Cash Flow Visibility – Raise cash flow visibility using technology and enhance the ability of cross-functional stakeholders to identify how to influence cash flow. Transformation – Contribute to the transformation of our European Finance function by critically reviewing processes, reporting, and tools with an aim to deliver improved accuracy of financial performance. Controls – Deliver month/quarter end reporting accurately and in a timely manner including the review of key financial controls.
