Data Centre Design Engineer – Dublin SouthThe ultimate purpose of technology teams in GxP environments is to serve the evolving needs of the business. We are a specialist provider of consultancy and implementation services for IT infrastructure and data architectures within life science manufacturing. Our role is to be a companion on the road for technology teams to be able to use as a tool at times when decisions need to be made.We now have an amazing opportunity for a Data Center Design Engineer to join our growing team and work on site with our blue-chip multinational clients within the pharmaceutical industry. This role is based out of one of our client sites in Dublin South.Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Design panelsNavigate through different scope documentation and establishing required components and instruments in the field and in the BMS panels.Create cable schedules.Create network architecture drawings (at least able to describe to CAD engineer how to build one)Create and design commissioning scripts (L1, L3 SAT) The Requirements: Degree qualified.A minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role.Experience in Data Centre Control Systems design and Panel designEquipment and instrumentation technical submittal review capabilitiesDesigning of P&IDs and critical automation systemsOpportunity for field commissioning as wellAllan Bradley experience is essential.PLC programming experience is a plus.Previous experience in a regulated pharmaceutical environment is a must.Must hold a full valid Irish work permit.
