The CompanyMary Mullen's is one of Galway's newest bar/restaurant, serving food from their new Asian Fusion menu daily.The RoleMary Mullen's is seeking a hardworking and motivated Chef de Partie to join their existing team.Responsibilities To prepare food and work within the kitchen team to ensure dishes are of the highest standards.Ensure that the kitchen is organised and that all kitchen areas are kept clean on a daily basis.Ensure HACCP and Health & Safety procedures are implemented and records are up to date on a daily basis. Requirements The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.Candidates should be able to demonstrate flair, creativity, and skill in the kitchen.Experience in working in a high volume busy environment.Must be able to work well on your own initiative and to work in a team environment.Excellent knowledge of HACCP. Job Type: Full-time Pay: €15.00-€16.00 per hour Schedule: Weekend availability
