The Company: Twin English Centre Dublin is part of Twin Group, a rapidly expanding diverse company specialising in English as a Foreign Language, and international and government funded training programmes. Overview of the role The role of Centre Manager will manage all aspects of customer service and operations including administration, management of the student experience, compliance and logistics of the English language programmes for adults and juniors, seasonal programmes, school group travel, and work experience programmes, as well as contribute to product improvement and development. You will be responsible for managing a team of people, including both front and back-office staff who are accountable for the overall management of the day-to-day activities of the Twin English Centre Dublin, from planning and preparation prior to arrival to programme delivery and customer service evaluation. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, as Centre Manager, your key KPI is ensuring we provide every student with a positive experience at Twin and achieving high quality customer feedback. Key responsibilities Management of all non-teaching staff, recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management. Management of all Dublin operations, including all group and individual travel logistics, accommodation, work experience and excursion programme in accordance with quotations and client requirements. Management of all activities and social programme in conjunction with the head of student services. P&L responsibility, in conjunction with the International Director. Student welfare (including holding the Designated Safeguarding Lead post), attendance and course and visa compliance. Ensuring the business is fully compliant with student welfare, including child protection training and garda vetting. Procurement, and management of existing supply chain. Customer management, liaising with international educational tour operators promoting the school and ensuring a smooth running of and positive experience for all students. Visa compliance. Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the student attendance register and send weekly reports to the justice department. Be the point of contact in Dublin for GDPR-related queries in conjunction with the UK-appointed officer. Management of the inspection process and for all company regulatory bodies audits to include GNIB, MEI, IEM & ACELs and financial audits in conjunction with the UK quality, academic and finance team. Responsible for centre maintenance to ensure all buildings, fixtures and fittings are in good working order. Ensure all school and office buildings are compliant in Health and Safety and all staff maintain up-to-date training records. Be available to work outside of regular working hours to prepare for inductions/school events as well as being on call. Skills and experience Experience in a similar role in the EFL industry required (Essential) Experience in managing and motivating teams. (Essential) High level of Excel skills. (Essential) Knowledge of CLASS management system and CRMS. (Desirable) Excellent administrative and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work, develop work plans and meet deadlines . (Essential) Self-starter, comfortable working both independently and as part of an operations team. (Essential) The ability to understand the students’ and company’s needs, with a strong customer focus. (Essential) Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. (Essential) Excellent attention to detail with a drive for complete accuracy . (Essential) Proactive, enthusiastic, and flexible . (Essential) Ability to work under pressure, individually and as part of a team. (Essential) Education /Qualification Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Additional Information Salary: €55,000 - €65,000 per annum depending on experience Location: Dublin Contract: Permanent - Full Time Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30 (outside office hours work required) Benefits:  up to 20 days annual leave + bank holidays + Birthday Day off, per year; Long service award, an extra day’s annual leave per year completed, up to 5 additional days; 5 days paid sick leave per year; Employee referral scheme, up to €500 per successful referral; Sabbatical Leave the right to request up to 1 month’s unpaid sabbatical leave; Career development opportunities.
