Description:
We are seeking a Bid-Coordinator to join our consulting engineering firm at CS Consulting Headquarters in the heart of Dublin City Centre.This role will suit a confident administrator looking to learn something new in a fast-paced environment, ideally with some experience with bids/ tenders. THIS IS A FULL-TIME, OFFICE BASED ROLE Responsibilities will include:1. Preparing high quality tender and bid proposal documents using MS Powerpoint, MS Word and Adobe Acrobat including: Tender documents for public sector bids which require bespoke formattingBrochure style proposal documentsFee proposal lettersTeam organisation chartsCV’sProject Data SheetsHealth & Safety compliance documents 2. Maintaining, regularly updating and consistently improving database of: Tender issue trackerStaff CV’sProject data sheets and project summariesProject data on databaseImage Bank – project and staff imagesEducation, qualifications and professional membership dataQuality assurance, insurance and other company data 3. Monitoring etenders and tracking tender progress/ updating tracker4. Assisting branch offices with tendering.5. Ad hoc office duties such as: Typing and formatting misc. reports and documents on occasion.Maintenance of misc. schedules and databases.Assisting when office is busy on occasion. Essential: Meticulously organised;Excellent communication skills - written and verbal;Self-motivated and resourceful;Ability to meet deadlines;Very strong document production and formatting skills. Attention to detail is essential;Experience with MS Office programmes, especially Word and Powerpoint;Willingness to help out as required. Preferred Skills/ Experience (Not Essential): Experience completing tenders/ bids in a similar environment an advantage;Experience working in a construction or engineering related Company an advantage;Basic graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) an advantage.
