We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual with a guest-centric mindset to join our team as Assistant Guest Experience Manager . We strive to 'create and deliver Beyond Everything experiences' and the Guest Experience Manager drives the spirit of this across the entire resort. They will support the Senior Guest Manager in overseeing the Guest Service Call Centre (Switchboard), Butlers, Guest Experience Executives and Resort Activities to ensure each of our VIG (Very Important Guests) receives a truly exceptional experience whilst at Adare Manor. As Assistant Guest Experience Manager you will: Prior to arrival, you will assist the guests with planning their itinerary ensuring all of their preferences are accurately noted and shared with the relevant teams. You will also inspect any incoming VIG arrival rooms & suites, ensuring everything is in pristine condition and to the Adare Manor standards. Answering communications relating to incoming VIG guests via phone & email. Reviewing the guest history (if available) from previous visits and highlighting any preferences and needs & ensuring the requests are completed prior to their time in residence. During the guest's stay, the Assistant Guest Experience Manager will give support the Guest Experience Executives & Butlers in delivering a bespoke service to each of our guests. Planning & execution of special events such as Christmas, Easter, Valentine's Day, 4th of July Celebrations & Halloween. Train, mentor and develop the Guest Experience Executives & Butlers and assist them in delivering BEYOND EVERYTHING experiences to our guests. Upon departure, you will keep an up-to-date archive of documents, and preferences to enhance the guest's future visits. Our Assistant Guest Experience Manager must have a genuine warmth and the ability to build lasting relationships with our guest's ensuring they have a seamless experience. They are entrusted with planning and coordinating all of the guest's stay by collaborating with all departments across the entire Resort whilst ensuring effective communication. They will have the ability to inspire their team & other colleagues across the Resort to enhance the service we deliver. Experience in a 5-star/luxury property is essential. You will report to the Senior Guest Experience Manager. This role will predominantly follow our 4-day work weeks once the business allows.
