Accounts administrator DescriptionCampion Insurance, one of Irelands largest Insurance brokerages, are looking for an accounts administrator to join the team as we continue our rapid growth in 2024Job Description: Working within our premium finance admin team, processing loan finance arrangements on our General insurance products. This role requires excellent attention to detail and a strong numeric aptitude. Reporting to:Premium Finance ManagerDuties and Responsibilities Assisting staff and customers with setting up Premium Finance LoansChecking premium finance documents have been submitted correctly on the portalDealing with queries from staff and customersSending default reminders texts and emails to clientsProcessing premium finance renewals and midterm adjustments Liaising with the Finance House to get the loans activated. Skills Excellent numeric skills Keen problem solving and logical thinkingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of accounting practice and principles Experience and Qualifications Accounts administrator experience preferable Insurance industry experience a plus (familiar with the Relay/applied System) Package Competitive Salary + Performance bonus Life cover and illness benefit coverCompany Pension (after qualifying period)Competitive Annual leave allowanceHybrid working optionsTraining and skills development For any other information email XXXX@campion.com
