We are currently looking to recruit a Reservations Agent for our client based in Dublin. Responsibilities First point of contact for all telephone enquiries Manage reservations for a number of locations in Dublin & Galway Respond to emails Confirm reservations each day Communicate with restaurant managers regarding bookings/ reviews/ menus etc. Requirements Experience with Resdiary is preferable but not required as full training will be provided The ability to adapt to change & work well under pressure Friendly personality Ability to work as part of a team Applicants must have fluent English and excellent communication skills. Confident in communicating with a wide range of people, both internally and externally. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, Bank Holidays, early shifts and evening shifts.
