We are looking to recruit a Logistics Co-ordinator for our well-established client based in Ballycoolin Dublin15. To be successful in this role you will need a positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work in a varied and busy role. The Role: Managing the import & export of consignments Liaising with Irish sub-contractors and international agents. Planning on-site and remote site surveys with clients and sub-contractors Liaising with site crew and drivers to provide end-to-end service. Answering inbound queries, telephone, and email inquiries Ensuring day to day operations are running smoothly Chasing new leads Reporting to management and provide status of work-in-progress. Experience: Previous experience in logistics or shipping desirable. 2+ years customer service telephone experience. Strong interpersonal skills with a problem-solving ability. Excellent written and verbal communicator. Administrative and computer skills with high standard of accuracy. Strong customer service ethos Ability to work under pressure in a high volume and demanding environment Self-motivated, positive individual with drive, enthusiasm and commitment Package: - 30,000-34,000 DOE
