Check out our Glassdoor reviews! The role: Sojern is looking for a dynamic Senior Recruiter to support our global hiring efforts. We are a rapidly growing company and we want you to be part of this amazing growth and expansion. Based in our Dublin office you will support the local team and over a period of time the rest of the US, EMEA, and APAC offices in regards to Recruiting. We have an incredible product and exceptional employees. We work hard to deliver exceptional service to our candidates and employees. Whether it’s working with our Engineering leader to source awesome candidates for our current openings or looking for the next great idea to brand Sojern or to reach out to potential university students, you’re on it! Responsibilities: Lead full life cycle recruiting for positions across multiple disciplines: sourcing, pre-screening, face-to-face interviews, selection and reference checking. Functional focus would be on Engineering but there is scope to get involved in sales, account management, analytics, finance, marketing and product developmentWork collaboratively with hiring managers to understand business objectives, role requirements and desired candidate’s profilesSource amazing candidates! You are wizard at finding great talent and getting them excited about usManage flow of candidates through the recruitment process. From reviewing resumes, performing and scheduling interviews, reference checks, to bringing employees on boardMaintain accurate and thorough documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (JobScore)Assist in providing creative recruiting tactics to attract candidatesSuccessfully represent our culture throughout the hiring processRepresent Sojern at meetups, recruiting & branding events and open houses What you bring to the table: You thrive in the world of Recruiting and People Operations (the good, the bad and the ugly) and the excitement that a startup brings. You excel in a fast-paced, high-growth, and ever-changing environment. You can readily adapt to any situation and are excited to roll-up your sleeves and create something new. You aren’t above doing the little things, but you’re ready to tackle the big jobs, too. You live for jam-packed days, but always have time to support a team member. Oh, and having fun is a must!You are a recruiting superstar!You have a minimum 5 -7 years’ experience in in-house recruitment either as a contractor or in a full-time capacity ideally from the software or media industryYou are strong in LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcingYou are well-versed in social media capabilities from an employment branding and sourcing perspectiveYou can strike up a conversation with anyone and have a great sense of humorYou are all about hospitality and making sure our candidates have a great interview experienceYou are diligent about keeping the hiring managers informed of candidate and process statusYou never share secrets.
