Description Overview We are excited to be recruiting for a FP&A Analyst - Global Procurement to join our team based at our International HQ in Dublin (Hybrid working model, 3 days onsite, 2 days remote per week). This role is critical to supporting the evolution of our Procurement Finance function. The role will sit within Procurement Finance and have a direct reporting line to the Senior Manager FP&A Procurement. You will work as part of a team who are central to Perrigo delivering on our vision (consumer trust), commercial targets and strategic advantage. Scope of the Role Participate in the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting cycle for the Procurement Finance Function. Assist in the continued development of budgeting, forecasting, planning, and modelling processes. Monitor key performance indicators, highlighting trends and analysing drivers of unexpected variance. Participate in the review and analysis of Procurement spend and savings projects. Act as Procurement Finance Business Partner in the following areas: Actively engage with other Finance and Operations functions to ensure close alignment of Procurement/Finance objectives and facilitate informed business decisions. Work closely with Perrigo Finance, Procurement & Operations teams to ensure processes are streamlined and executed efficiently. Provide detailed support and analysis to Perrigo Sourcing Teams. Analysing and understanding Purchase Price Variance (PPV) in the procurement process, summarising and communicating the key drivers to management. Procurement related accrual preparation and balance sheet reconciliations. Maintain SAP pricing and data management. Experience Required A recognised professional accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA). Strong analytical, problem solving and financial modelling skills. Advanced excel skills required. Experience using SAP is advantageous but not essential. Results orientated, with proven ability to prioritize and deliver quality work in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
