About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Partner Enablement and Communications Manager to join our Partner Engagement Team within the GPO organization. You will play a critical role in driving the success of our partner ecosystem by developing and implementing effective communication strategies and enabling our partners and workmates with the resources they need to build, grow, and deliver with Workday. About You Key Areas of Responsibility:Enablement:Own partner enablement initiatives from end-to-end, ensuring partners and workmates have the vital tools, training, and resources to effectively promote, sell, and implement Workday products and services.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify partner training needs and develop relevant training materials, including sales collateral, presentations, videos, etc.Collaborate on global and in-region partner enablement events.Regularly assess partner performance and training effectiveness to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Communications:Design, implement, and evaluate a regional communication plan.Build engaging and informative content for various communication channels, including newsletters, emails, social media, and partner portals.Collaborate with internal teams to capture relevant information and insights for enablement and communication materials, ensuring alignment with company messaging and branding guidelines.Change Management:Implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new processes or initiatives.Assess potential impacts of changes, identify areas of resistance, and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful implementation.Lead communication efforts to optimally convey the rationale behind changes, provide vital training and support, and address concerns or questions throughout the change process.Basic Qualifications:3+ years experience crafting, developing, and delivering partner and workmate enablement and communication programs for an enterprise, SaaS, or cloud-focused organization (ideally GTM, Sales, MSP/Services, ISVs, SI, Reseller and Channel).2+ years writing and building high quality, visually appealing enablement materials that educate and encourage target audiences toward action.Preferred Qualifications:Proven program management experience; attention to detail and excellent organization skills (you're not afraid to build a program from the ground up).Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to assimilate complex concepts, clearly articulate business value to achieve revenue goals and drive partner success.Ability to build compelling content for various audiences and channels.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Growth mindset and Intellectual curiosity focused on performance.
