The People and Culture Manager will lead the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. This role is crucial in fostering a positive company culture, ensuring employee engagement, and managing all aspects of the human resources function.Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business strategy.Collaborate with senior management to forecast and plan for future workforce needs. Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, and selection.Develop talent management strategies to retain and develop top talent.Implement on-boarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees. Employee Relations: Foster a positive working environment and culture.Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner.Implement and manage employee recognition programs. Training and Development: Identify training needs and create professional development programs.Oversee the implementation of training initiatives and evaluate their effectiveness. Performance Management: Develop and manage performance appraisal systems.Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance management issues. Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.Maintain and update the employee handbook. Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.Conduct regular salary and benefits surveys to ensure competitiveness. HR Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making.Prepare and present reports on HR activities and performance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or HR certificationCIPD accreditation advantageous.A minimum of 5-7 years of HR management experience, with a focus on culture and employee engagement.Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives. Skills and Attributes: Strong leadership and management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.High level of integrity and confidentiality.Proficiency in HR software and tools.Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
