This role involves detailed planning and optimisation of production processes, ensuring efficient resource allocation, compliance with industry standards, and effective communication between various departments.ResponsibilitiesAs a Graduate Production Planner at WiiGroup, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed production schedules that account for resource constraints and capacities within our biotechnology manufacturing facilities. You will; Develop and manage finite production schedules to optimie resource allocation and ensure efficient production workflowsLiaise with operations and management teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination across upstream and downstream processesMonitor and track production progress in real-time, making adjustments as necessary to address any issues or bottlenecksEnsure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements throughout the production lifecycleIdentify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions in the production processCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate production schedules with overall project timelines and objectivesAnalyse production data to identify trends, optimise processes, and improve overall production efficiencyPrepare and present detailed production reports to stakeholders to share project insights and projections Our Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate for the Graduate Production Planner role is a recent graduate with a strong academic background in biotechnology, engineering, or related fields. They possess a keen interest in production planning and optimisation, and are eager to learn and grow within a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
