This role will suit ambitious candidates with experience in personal lines and team management, willing to travel across our growing network of branches. Personal lines Renewals Manager Full time position (5 working days)Key Responsibilities Overall responsibility of managing the renewals sales team to drive retention and customer service across the branches. Drive Cross Sell Leads between departments and work with NB management on policy counts and growthMeasure performance daily to ensure renewal objectives achieved. Directly accountable for achieving revenue targets Recruiting, training, mentoring, and motivating the sales team. Ensuring quality and compliance targets are achieved such as call scripts and general housekeeping of files are in keeping with insurer requirements Completion of monthly quality audit checks with team members Documented one to one with team members Deal with underperformanceTravel is a requirement to branches across the network Work with integration branches to ensure processes, practices and ways of working are aligned Qualifications & Experience CIP /MDI/ACII5 years’ experience in Car, Home, Van InsuranceAt least 2 years people management experience Skills Required Ability to recruit, train and develop peopleAbility to communicate effectivelyA team player who earns the respect of all the players in the chainAbility to Understand the Business FundamentalsAbility to analyse data, spot trends and take actionUse initiative and incorporate new ideas where relevant Drive a motivated team to achieve revenue targets Key Result Areas Income generation, Compliance, Quality, Productivity & Customer Service LevelsCollaboration with other departments to help with overall growth of companyPeople DevelopmentTraining and Mentoring Motivation of team members Apply direct or get in touch with Peter Ryan XXXX@campion.com
