Inbound & Outbound Personal Lines Insurance New Business Sales ExecutiveDue to on going growth,we are seeking to recruit a new business sales person for our personal lines team in our Dublin and Thurles Branches. The role will consist of providing advice on car, home & van insurance new business sales, customer service and administration. Cross sales referrals for both the Life & Pensions and Health arms of our business is expected. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, motivated and disciplined individual with a positive can do attitude.Key Responsibilities Issuing motor, home and van insurance quotes on both an inbound and outbound basisDealing with customer queriesCross selling Insurance ProductsMeeting and exceeding monthly targets for both quotations issued and sales closed Qualifications CIP, APA Personal General or grandfathered qualification Skills/Knowledge Expert product KnowledgeProfound knowledge of competitor activity RELAY system an advantage Persuasion and influencing skills. Selling skills, negotiating skills Customer retention skills Experience Required 2+ years insurance experience preferably in a brokerageHave a clear focus on sales & wish to build their career in this areaBe committed to provide a high level of service to customers & potential customers Personal Attributes Personable and sociableProfessional styleCompetitiveSocially confidentSelf-motivated with a desire to continuously perform at a high levelExemplify positive customer service behaviours and promote a culture focused on ensuring customers’ needs are metThrough leading by example, fosters the highest standards of ethics and integrityAmbitious and results orientatedExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and an ability to work in a fast paced environment.
