Perform Recruitment is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee operations at a prominent forecourt in the lively area of Portlaoise. This role requires a proactive leader to manage daily forecourt activities effectively. Key Responsibilities: Staff Management: Plan and supervise employee schedules to ensure efficient daily operations. Communication: Maintain clear communication with the team and upper management, promptly addressing electronic correspondences. Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accurate inventory levels and minimize discrepancies. Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a dynamic team, promoting a positive work environment and exceptional customer service. Administrative Oversight: Handle administrative tasks related to employee scheduling and other managerial duties. Compensation Package: Base Salary: Competitive annual salary of 38k euros. Annual Bonus: Additional 8,000 euros based on exceptional performance. Salary Increment: Annual salary increments in recognition of dedication. Requirements: Experience: Several years in a similar retail or forecourt management role. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organizational Ability: Proficient in multitasking and managing various responsibilities effectively.
