Job Location: On-site, Belfast Northern Ireland Full Time | Immediate Start | £475- £600 p/week As a Customer Service Assistant, your role will involve researching, contacting & building relationships with potential customers. You will use a range of resources to create exceptional customer sales experience in Belfast. This role doesn't require any experience! Our client is not looking for a ready-made start, but someone with the right transferable skills with hunger to develop, learn and progress. This opportunity is also suitable for candidates looking for a career change, not just graduates. What does a 'top' candidate look like? Enthusiastic - this is vital for sales, both for speaking to clients & when you're in the work-place with your team! Document and follow daily activities and process/best practice Collaborating with account executives to ensure the company’s goals and targets are met Initiating contact with potential customers through outbound business development Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interest and viability to drive revenue Willingness to learn the client's products, services, and key-value points Key Responsibilities: Researching and identifying potential new clients and business opportunities Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers Assisting in the creation and implementation of sales and marketing strategies Attending and participating in industry events and trade shows Providing support to the members of the sales and marketing team If you’ve read so far, we would like to hear from you.
