Role: IT Project ManagerType: Hybrid and Daily Rate contractResponsibilities: Project Planning & Implementation: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans aligned with the organization's strategic goals.Objective Definition: Establish clear project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.Risk Management: Conduct thorough risk assessments and devise effective mitigation strategies.Technical Guidance: Provide expert guidance on complex technical issues and ensure effective resolution of problems.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and expectations.Progress Reporting: Regularly communicate project progress, risks, and recommendations to senior management.Resource Optimization: Maximize project efficiency and outcomes through effective resource allocation.Skill Management: Collaborate with resource managers to ensure the availability of the right skills at the right time.Tool & Technology Evaluation: Assess and implement tools and technologies that enhance project management capabilities.Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial objectives and monitoring expenditures.Financial Reporting: Provide accurate and comprehensive financial reports to leadership.Performance Reviews: Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance, quality, and adherence to standards.Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and foster continuous improvement.Challenge Resolution: Anticipate and address complex technical and organizational challenges, facilitating innovative solutions.Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management with a proven track record of successfully delivering large and complex projects.Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications.Methodology Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.Financial Acumen: Proven experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting.Strategic Thinking: Ability to align projects with organizational objectives and think strategically.Location: This role requires full-time, onsite work from the office.Contract Details: This is a daily rate contract position.
