Campion Insurance, one of Irelands largest Insurance brokerages, are looking for a Project Manager to join the team as we continue our rapid growth into 2024Job Title: Project ManagerJob Description: To manage a variety of business change and technology projects needed to allow the organisation to scale quickly.Duties and Responsibilities End to end project management - Project planning, documentation, scheduling, finances, tracking, technical handoverAct as liaison between external vendors and team members as requiredAct as single point of contact and point of escalation in relation to projectsChair and minute weekly project meetings with internal / external stakeholdersManage clear channel of communication with internal and external stakeholders in relation to project statusEnsure completion of project pre-requisites prior to project commencingCreate project reports for Management TeamContinuous focus on process improvement and efficient working methodsEnsure completion of projects in an efficient and cost-effective manner in line with deadlines and required structuresEnsure completion of projects to a best practice standardEnsure technical handover to internal departmentsTravel to regional office locations to assist and manage project teams when required Skills Proficient with industry standard PM tools such as Microsoft ProjectKeen problem solving and logical thinkingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGood Technical IT understanding Experience and Qualifications Experienced Qualified Project Manager with recognised PM qualifications (Prince2, APM, IPM)Proficiency with industry standard PM tools such as Microsoft ProjectBusiness/Technology related third level qualificationPrevious experience in technical IT roles would be beneficial. Package Salary €65K +10% bonus (€72.5k)Life cover and illness benefit coverCompany Pension (after qualifying period)Civil Service Mileage rates20 days holidays – up to 25 days after 5 years serviceHybrid working optionsTraining and skills development
