We are currently seeking a talented individual with a strong background in Lean Sigma, Project MNT, and Value Stream Mapping to join our team on an exciting project for one of the Top 5 Companies in the World. Role Overview: The Lean Sigma Project Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying areas for improvement, eliminating waste, and enhancing process efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving quality improvements. We are also keen to speak with individuals currently in similar positions who are interested in exploring opportunities to work independently. Key Responsibilities: Utilise Lean Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate waste in processes. Conduct Project MNT (Maintenance, Improvement, and Transformation) activities. Implement Value Stream Mapping to enhance process efficiency and value delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and present improvement plans to stakeholders. Monitor the progress of improvement projects and ensure timely completion. Qualifications: Proven experience in Lean Sigma, with a track record of successful projects. Expertise in Project MNT and Value Stream Mapping. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
