What you will be doing: As an Apprentice Investment Casting Engineer, you will gain hands-on experience in investment casting techniques and processes within our Foundry Engineering Team. This role combines practical training with theoretical knowledge to prepare you for a successful career in orthopedic manufacturing. What impact you will also have: • Collaborate with engineers and metallurgists to optimize production efficiency and quality. • Support daily operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory and quality standards. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying and implementing enhancements in manufacturing processes. • Develop a thorough understanding of investment casting within a leading healthcare company.We would love to hear from you, if you have the following essential requirements: • Leaving Cert qualification and attention to detail. • Interest in mechanical and analytical activities, particularly in investment casting. • Eagerness to learn and contribute to team objectives. • Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical approach. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a team environment.
