Entry Level Sales Assistant Location: On-site Belfast, Northern Ireland ONLY applicants with full legal rights to work in Ireland will be considered As a Sales Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in representing our brand, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales through engaging product demonstrations and promotional activities. You will interact directly with customers, provide detailed information about our products, and support the marketing team with valuable customer insights. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the face of our brand, delivering outstanding customer service Explain key features and benefits of our products during the sales process. Promote our brand consistently to ensure a positive customer experience. Conduct interactive and engaging product demonstrations. Highlight product features, benefits, and unique selling points. Educate potential customers, answer their questions, and address concerns to generate interest and drive sales. Participate in various promotional campaigns and activities. Engage with customers, encourage product trials, and gather feedback. Build rapport with customers to create a positive shopping experience. Collect and relay customer feedback to the marketing team for strategy improvement. Provide insights and suggestions to enhance future campaigns based on customer interactions. Inform customers about current products and promotions to increase brand visibility and sales. Ensure seamless execution of promotions and sales strategies. Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage customers effectively. Knowledge of sales techniques and product demonstration. Enthusiastic, approachable, and customer-focused. Ability to work well in a team and independently.
