This is a great opportunity to be part of an expanding team, where you will have the opportunity to develop and bring added value to your career and gain additional skills with a BIM enabled contractor.Stewart Construction is a top 10 Irish Contractor with over 120 year's active presence in the industry.Education & Skills Excellent organisation & time management skillsProven track record of working to strict timescalesExcellent client facing skillsThorough knowledge of building practices Job Responsibilities Oversee operations on a day-to-day basisEnsure that work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.Monitor and track progressCoordinate and manage subcontractorsCarry out safety checks /AuditsKeep in close contact with members of the site team at all timesLiaise with architects, engineers, surveyors and plannersEnsure that work complies with building regulations as well as other legal requirementsEnsure Quality standards are maintained at all times. As a Site Manager you will have 5+years solid site experience within the construction and building industry, preferably for a Main Contractor. The successful candidate will have experience on high quality medium to large scale projects in various sectors Industrial, Health, Pharma, Commercial & Education.
