THE ROLETwinlite are looking for a full time Maintenance Technician. You will be responsible for reactive and planned maintenance. You will also be assisting with snagging and ensuring our buildings are meeting our high standards. You will be working closely with the team as well as communicating with residents. This is a great opportunity for someone with trade qualifications and enjoys interacting with people.RESPONSIBILITIES Perform maintenance and light repairsPerform routine landscaping on the groundsPaint and fill gaps or crevicesWork closely with the Vesta team to complete maintenance issuesUndertake light installation or carpenting (e.g. build cabinets)Repair equipment or appliancesAssist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairsUndertake duties as assigned or emergency tasksIdentify and report the need for major repairs REQUIREMENTSThe ideal candidate will: Proven experience as handymanExperience with hardware tools and electrical equipmentBasic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systemsGood communication abilityWell-organized and apt in problem-solvingAttention to detail WHO ARE WETwinlite is a vertically integrated real estate developer – we design, build and operate residential property in Dublin.
