Position Overview The Administration Executive, reporting to the Senior Administration Executive, is required for a busy reception area and to provide administrative support to all areas. This exciting position is front facing. This position will require weekend and shift work flexibility. Key Responsibilities: Managing the reception desk on a day-to-day basis. Hosting guests within our executive lounges, maintaining and restocking when necessary. Security Screening of passengers. Register incoming flights with the local authorities, ensuring correct documentation is received. Greeting clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. Maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges and maintaining a visitor log. Issuing invoices for arriving aircraft and collecting payments. Recording purchase invoices. Performing ad-hoc administration duties. Requirements: The right to work in Ireland. Excellent communication skills in both written and oral English. Minimum 3 years administrative/clerical experience in a busy front facing position. Professional and personable manner, with excellent client service skills. Ability to work in an environment where procedures and regulations must be adhered to. Strong PC Skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Zoom, Teams). Excellent Microsoft Office skills with attention to detail essential. Ability to multitask effectively. Team player but also capable of working independently. Package: Salary 35,000 5 days over 7 Days, 2 weekends per month Shifts - 8am-4pm, 10am-6pm, 12pm-8pm
