We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inbound English Speaker to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound calls and emails from potential candidates and clients- Provide excellent customer service and support to all inquiries- Screen and qualify potential candidates for open positions- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely response to inquiries- Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate interviews with clients- Participate in team meetings and provide input on process improvement- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitmentRequirements:- Fluency in English, both written and spoken- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Previous experience in customer service or recruitment is preferred- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software- A passion for technology and the tech industryContract Details:This is a full-time, permanent position based in our office in Dublin, Ireland. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
