Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing. You will work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager to execute marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support the overall growth objectives of INNOVATE. Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing: Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, PPC, and SEO. Create and manage content for the company website, blog, and social media channels to increase online presence and engagement. Analyse and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Content Creation: Write and edit compelling content for various marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, case studies, and press releases. Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing marketing collateral. Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote INNOVATEs services and solutions. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure campaign objectives are met. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to inform marketing strategies. Event Management: Assist in the planning and execution of company events, trade shows, and webinars. Coordinate logistics, manage registrations, and promote events through various channels. Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and channels. Monitor and maintain the company's brand image and reputation. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with a focus on digital marketing. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms. Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in the IT or technology sector is a plus. Key Personal Attributes: Self-motivated and results-oriented. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
