Overall Objective: Based in our Navan office , as Regional Carer Executive you will be responsible for managing all the carers within your region and carry out individual carer performance review calls and welfare calls to identify supports that a carer may need to maintain their well-being as a carer and develop a sustainable caring routine. Ability to plan and organise own workload. Proficient with Healthcare Management Systems and Microsoft Office Word and Excel. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to travel locally. Duties Supporting Pre-screening of new carers. Interviewing candidates weekly for a role as a carer in Comfort Keepers Management of all the Carers performance for the region Monthly welfare call support with each active carer Use the carers touch point to ensure all critical company communications are correctly understood Support the carers and ensuring we are maximising their hours availability Understand how to gain further growth from carers where possible when working with other companies Assess portal messages to and from each carer and ensure they are correctly addressed or address any gaps Ensure any performance aspects are addressed with them and specific actions plans with timelines are agreed (Post It feedback/absences/no shows/log in gaps/Location gaps/PPE log in gaps) Linkage with HR for any referrals if gaps cannot be addressed by Regional Carer Executive Ensure they can access training links and are comfortable with Learn upon utilisation and support their QQI and other training progress Single point of contact for our carers regarding any other department escalations Maintain the relevant notes in the system for all agreed action plan Summarise on the key gaps weekly and work with head of services to establish proactive action plan to mitigate most common issues or gaps with trackable and measurable metrics Back up to support for the schedulers/planners in case of planned or unplanned leave Powered by JazzHR
