Overview: CLS is currently going through an unprecedented and exciting period of growth and development and is looking for dedicated, solutions driven team members with a flexible approach, who want to be part of the company’s continued success Founded in 1994, Complete Laboratory Solutions (CLS) is the highest accredited contract laboratory in Ireland, providing industry-leading sampling and analysis; and fully trained micro and analytical analysts on contract to clients in the food, environmental, medical device, biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical sectors.We offer bespoke managed service solutions that give clients the option of having our expert team on-site at their own facility or outsourcing those services to us here at CLS.Job Title: We are currently recruiting for Quality Analyst roles. You will receive extensive training at our head office in Galway before being placed at one of our client locations. You will report to the Director of Outsourcing.Training will be provided on the following: Professional BehavioursGDP (Good Documentation Practices)Technical Knowledge (role dependent)Root Cause AnalysisTechnical Writing What’s important: A qualification in Quality and/or previous experience in a Quality Analyst roleA desire to develop a career in QualityAn analytical approach with excellent attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skills The Role:Duties and responsibilities may vary between clients but generally, the role will involve monitoring and evaluating operational processes and outputs to ensure they meet established quality standards, and analyzing data, conducting audits, and working closely with various teams to drive improvements and ensure customer satisfaction. Conduct detailed analysis to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement in product and process quality.Perform regular quality assurance audits to ensure adherence to established standards and regulatory compliance.Develop and maintain quality standards and procedures in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Analyse test results and produce comprehensive reports detailing findings and recommending actionable improvements.Create and maintain detailed documentation for quality testing and assurance activities.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements to products and processes. Where you’ve come from: A qualification in QualityExperience in a working environment where you had the opportunity to develop professional behaviours and competencies. Who you are: Analytically strong with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.Highly attentive to detail with the ability to identify minor issues that could lead to significant problems.Proficient in verbal and written communication, capable of effectively conveying quality standards and findings to a diverse audience.Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.Strong teamwork skills and work collaboratively across different departments and teams.Goal-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving quality benchmarks and organizational objectives.
