The CompanyThe Company is an industry-leading Irish company providing professional property maintenance and property upgrade services across Ireland.The Role Experienced Electrician required to join a well-established Nationwide Property Management company, primarily working in Dublin and the greater Leinster area and occasionally nationwide.Job Type:Full Time (immediate start)Vehicle, Phone, and uniform provided.Duties will include but not limited to: General Electrical maintenance and repairs The successful candidate will: Undertake all maintenance repairs, installation or servicing work as detailed by the Company.Comply with the Company’s procedures when working on a client’s premises.Observe and comply with all working practices and to always ensure compliance with all appropriate health & safety and statutory requirements.Ensure all professional qualifications required to undertake duties are up to date.Maintain all Company issued equipment in a clean, serviceable, presentable, and safe manner.Ensure all Company paperwork/reports are always completed accurately and legibly and presented in a timely manner.Be professional, polite, punctual, well presented and technically minded. Requirements:- Fully trade qualified.- Full clean Irish Driving Licence.- Manual Handling Certificate.- Safe Pass.- Be an early starter, self-motivated, flexible and willing to travel- Have the ability to work alone and as part of a team
