Your day to day responsibilities: As our full time Retail Pharmacy Supervisor, you'll be responsible for running our retail operations, committed to ensuring our customers get the best service every time they visit Brennan's Pharmacy.Greeting customers, managing daily transactions and professionally responding to customer enquiries Advising our customers and patients on the best products and services to meet their needs Referring customers and patients to the pharmacist where necessary Cash management duties Housekeeping dutiesMake a significant contribution towards improving team KPI's Adhering to company standards and procedures Optimising pharmacy retail stock levels Merchandising and assisting with Marketing Support your colleagues working elsewhere in the branch as needed Support our pharmacists and dispensary teams in the preparation of prescriptions and assembly of blister packs and labelling medicationConsistently working with excellent communication and organisational skills to best serve our valued patients and customers so we can help them to live their lives at their healthiest to feel and look their best. Skills and Experience Strong organisational skills, with the flexibility to prioritise and complete multiple tasks in a fast paced setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service and sales skills Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude Enjoys working as part of a team Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays, when required (fair rota allocation) Availability for a full time position, working 5 out of 6 days per weekStrongly aligned with our Brennan's valuesProficient computer skillsMinimum leaving cert or equivalent Fluency in English Previous experience in pharmacy or a retail setting desirable but not essentialMinimum of 1 years experience in a customer facing roleFull training will be providedA full clean drivers license is required for this role.
