Job Summary: As a Cold Calling/Lead Generation Intern, you will be an integral part of our growth strategy, learning the ropes of outbound calling, lead qualification, and building relationships with potential clients. TimeZone: EST/PST - 7 PM-4 AM or 10 PM-7 AM IST Responsibilities include and is not limited to: Prospecting and Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our SMMA services. Learn effective communication strategies to generate interest and curiosity. Lead Qualification: Work on qualifying leads based on predefined criteria, gaining insights into client needs and pain points. Gather essential information about prospects for the sales team. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads in the CRM system. Learn and contribute to expanding the prospect database. Collaboration with Team: Collaborate with the sales team, providing assistance and contributing to team discussions. Attend regular meetings to learn about strategies, feedback, and industry insights. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and changes in the digital marketing landscape. Provide insights and feedback on market conditions and customer needs. Qualifications: Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude. Good communication and interpersonal skills. A basic understanding of social media marketing concepts is a plus. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment. Benefits: Learning and development opportunities in digital marketing.
