Job Title: Marketing Communication Manager Location: North Dublin, Ireland Rate: 450- 500 per day Daily rate contract Duration: 6 months Sector: Aviation Hybrid working model We are working closely with a leading transformational consultancy who work closely with a leading Aviation business in Ireland. We are looking for someone who will lead the Customer Communications program for the business. For the role, you can expect to be doing the below: We are looking for someone to lead the CRM initiative and implement a strategy to drive engagement from customers to their customer loyalty programme. You will be leading the marketing plan for the program. You will work with and collaborate with teams on the new Salesforce CRM integration which is ongoing. You will seek out new ways new ways to engage with customers, looking at NPS scores and finding ways improve to customer satisfaction as well as engagement in the programme. You will develop and implemented successful direct customer communication programs. So, some experience working with loyalty, CRM, and lifecycle marketing, along with a deep understanding of customer journeys and touchpoints would be important for the role.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including working with the businesses parent company and international business. You will also manage multi-channel operational CRM environments. What we are looking for:Skilled Marketeers with a strong PM focus in their current roleIdeally you will have gained over 8 years in a loyalty program focused role that included marcomms strategy, customer data, CRM like salesforce, campaign strategy, NPS scores etc Have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, marketing plans for loyalty programs Ideally you will have external communications experience You will need a depth of experience and the ability to multitask in a busy environment with competing prioritiesYou should be someone who will come in and move the role forward - someone who will roll their sleeves up and get stuck in. Have a strong understanding of information and Data (not at a technical level) but understand the value of information, how to extract it and use it in order to take action and drive initiatives forwardUnderstand the customer and what makes them tickIf you are a solid marketing person with knowledge of modern marketing tools we would be eager to speak with you. This is a 6 month contract that might extend (sadly no guarantee) but offers a really rewarding job in an interesting sector.
